Wellness Calendar
Most of us know what we need to do to take care of ourselves. We should get a good night sleep, exercise, eat well, drink plenty of water, etc. It’s one thing to know it but a different thing to live it. The Wellness Calendar is a tool I developed in order to track my own daily self-care. It quickly helps me to see when I am falling into poor self care habits. It’s easy to use and will provide you with useful information about yourself and your daily routines. I’ve included my top 10 list but feel free to tailor it to your own needs and lifestyle.
